Varg although a bad person who has done and said evil things, had a profound impact on Black Metal in its earliest years. He sought this opportunity and decided to take inspiration from Burzum to make that cover using Caspar David Freidrich’s painting of a vulture which is significant expression. Ye’s legacy and work being tainted with Nazism is very consistent with what happened to Caspar, being that Hitler loved his work, he is now known as “one of Hitler’s favorite artists” as opposed to his art and its impact to German Romantism art. Juxtaposing tbat with the 2000’s burzum style font, and being that Varg actually spewed nonsense Nazi rhetoric before. Tells me that the shirt really represents a sober reminder that your reputation can be tainted and you may either have to live with it A) like Caspar has no way to fight or argue with it but accept as a dead man that he is now known as a painter loved by a horrible person or B) Embrace your position and notoriety like Varg and instead double down on your beliefs, be unwilling to change, accepting your evil side, etc… so I think this $20 is actually very layered and has a ton of depth and a as a work of art is worth far more than $20 in value.

Just got mine in last Saturday. Ordered them on FEBRUARY 19TH. I’m a big boy, 6’2, 270, size 13 shoe. I got the sweatpants and Yeezy pods, both in size 3. I haven’t really worn the pods enough to give a proper opinion but I am actually currently wearing the sweatpants lmao. They fit solid and the quality of the sweatpants does feel nice but they have no pockets which is kinda a pain. They do fit hella oversized if you don’t tie the elastic band but I just tie it around my waist pretty solid and I like the way they sit. My advice is to style them with bulkier shoes like forces, maybe Jordan’s too. I wore them today with some cream forces, a random white tee, and a black strap bag. Also wish the logo was a little bit bigger. Either way a solid 7.5/10 pair of sweats
