Reminds me of the time I went to Vegas and paid for access to the Golden Nugget Hotel pool which has a seperate shark tank in the middle of the pool which was super cool. It's only $35 a day.

$65 to swim at the Beverly Hilton seems like a decent deal actually, I would rather pay that to go there than $35 for a much smaller and much less prestigious place. Also Shelby in that red bikini 🔥

Its a good concept, but it does seem a tad expensive... like you pay $50 to get in and then you pay for hotel markup food and drinks, def not a cheap day out. a beach day would be much cheaper, but like LA I guess

i live in South Florida and instead of buying day passes my family goes to have lunch. For instance, the Mariott in Fort Lauderdale has a nice little outdoor restaurant with like tacos and stuff. We go at 10am get pool chairs, have lunch around noon, stay until the free cookies and lemonade and then leave. I am 34 and we have been doing that nearly 25 years.

I’m just learning about ResortPass in 2024 🤦🏾‍♀️. But the apartments I lived in had pools so I wasn’t worried about it. We recently moved to an apartment that has so pool so I had to download the app. I also downloaded “Swimply” which I’d definitely want to use with friends. Thanks for sharing your experience. I might a video for Long Beach pools once I actually use the app.

This is so cool! I wonder if they have it in NYC 🤔. Quick question, regarding pool temperatures why are warmer pools more attractive than cooler pools? Id imagine that the temperature in california would be warm/hot so wouldnt you want a cooler temp pool to cool off in? Not freezing but u know what i mean. 95 degree pool sounds too hot. Just curious lol is it a Cali thing? This is such a cool program tho thanks for going to these different pools and reviewing them. You told us a lot about specific pools, but not that much about the app itself - which was the subject of the video. You could've told us how nice or not nice the app interface is, registration process, how much information is provided about each pool, filtering options (if they are any available) for searching for pools that meet some conditions, if users can review pools and other can use those reviews for making their decision - that'd be useful.

Damn the idea is sick and all but the price seems ridiculous for a day of chilling by the pool. You could buy a 24 hr fitness and go swimming there but i guess u get to enjoy a better environment with these passes. There's apps that let you rent neighborhood pools for private use.

We had this option 12 years ago at the hotel I used to work in Malta. It’s nothing new. This is how the hotel increased its budged and it made the hotel look busy from the outside. I believe top luxury hotels don’t do this.

Done this a few times with luxury hotels. Just check the weather before and plan on ordering food and drinks. Don’t go on weekends.

I’m from Bakersfield and I go to the Roosevelt’s pool all the time and everyone knows me there. You can just walk in and they don’t care if you are buying food and drinks. Most ppl go there just to hang lol
