Yes and no. Sleep apnea: Works if your issue is your tongue dropping back and blocking your airway. Otherwise, it's more of a sleep apnea aid. It helps keep your mouth closed so you can use a nasal pillow mask instead of a full face. For snoring, hit or miss as well depending on what actually causes your snoring. If the brace attacks one of your root causes, it's a pretty good purchase. Only way to find out is to buy one and try it.

I bought a very similar product for snoring and sleep apnea. Did not work after trying for several nights sleep. What did and does work is my tongue stabilizer device. Way to tell for me was analyzing my Fitbit sleep score and oxygen saturation score while sleeping.

My partner just paid $9k for a nasal reconstruction to reduce his sleep apnea. It’s now worse. I said to him his issue was his tongue.
