Just had eggs with roasted chilli, spinach, and coriander chutney. Having my cuppa right after! Indeed, you are right. Take it from an Indian - they know what they're talking about. No fizzy juice as it upsets the tummy, but chai is good. Indians know how to eat spicy food.

so water and milk dont work but if you combine them its the anti burn elixir? Sounds about right! Nevermind what the people of the culture say about yoghurt to alleviate burns, must be nonsense lol
@captaincat1743 Жыл бұрын
@@riskybeatsuk It is the temperature of the tea that does it, not the ingredients! Because the chemical in chilli and similar spices has tricked the heat receptors in your mouth into thinking your mouth is burning. A hot drink will reset the temperature pain receptors very quickly. And as it is hot it will dissolve any oils on the tongue that contain capsaicin faster than a cold drink or yoghurt. Try it. I promise you. Then come back to me.

all the kebabs ive had over the years in many different places they never put the meat inside a naan but ALWAYS put it inside pitta. Reason is you are supposed to break of a but of naan and scoop the meat with it... much like how we eat curry. You might be confusing traditional naan with with large round pitta or tortilla type bread that some kebab places and sharwama places use.. they also rolll the meat into them... By "spicy" do you mean chilli hot? Cardamom is a spice. Nutmeg is a spice. Cloves are a spice. Christmas puddings have spice in them. Many cakes and sweets have spices in them. What people actually mean is that they don't like chilli hot food when the say they don't like "spicy" food. Vanilla never gets bad publicity and it is very much a spice. @@jackdrought873 I mentioned it because I observed it, and because my observation appeared to clash with the observation made in the original comment. It's called 'talking'. You question why should I mention it because you don't like what I've said, but that doesn't mean that I shouldn't have said it, just because you don't like it. Again, I didn't imply anything. I said "communities" because firstly, that was the word used by the person who wrote the original comment, and secondly, because I didn't see what the point would be in trying to specify the particular ethnicity or country of origin of the communities in question. Yes, I am trying to single them out, and I don't deny it. Clearly, I am criticising that kind of behaviour, and I stand by what I said, which is that some people come from communities in which they are not socialised very well. It's a cultural matter. You are the one implying things, suggesting that I'm being racist and asking to me to name the type of people who you think I'm being racist against, but the fact that I didn't discriminate against anyone means I'm not being racist at all. You're the one with the problem here, mate.
