Yes and no. After this video I started taking probiotics and it has improved a lot but there seems to be an underlying problem I need to get checked out continuously so the battle continues! Yah... making food videos like this are not ideal considering that but I also need my cheat days or I go crazy hehe... Thanks for watching G!
