Not wrong about that pre-show buzz. I used to go to every NXT taping from like 2013-2015 and this is when NXT was getting HOT and the crowd pre-show was always just ready. My first ever live match was Sami Zayn's WWE Debut. Back when Neville and Bo Dallas were tearing it down for the NXT title. WWE Live is just something else.

This is why they need to bring back the elevated stage like in the 2010s because you can actually see the wrestlers no matter what seat you’re jn

Love these type of videos! I did the vip experience back in 2018 at a house show, went backstage (saw Jey and Corbin), walked down ramp and got pics taken ringside, and got front row seats near the entrance ramp

Glad I stumbled upon this. We went to a live event almost 8 years ago with vip but we got all 3 packages in one. We have the ringside package for raw tomorrow night but we just discovered that they now have them split up so we’re kinda bummed that there’s no stage walk or meet and greet but oh well. Still got great seats to raw.

Nah man chase this up. I did the WWE VIP Experience in 2018 and they tried to pull a fast one with what you got and I ended up going back and forth with them for months to get the things they didn’t give me - the chair being the biggest thing. I have to say, their customer service wasn’t great. You pay a premium for premium service and if you don’t get that you’ve got to fight.

Went to Raw in 2007. Got in line for tickets at 6 am the day they went on sale(I was like 2nd in line). Got front row, ringside. Watch any recent PPV and imagine where the green shirt guy normally sits...that's the seat I had.

Last year I sat 2nd row at a live event and done the superstar experience package. I got a signed mini replica blue universal championship (case was signed) by Rhea, Dom, Damian. Also got to have a photo taken on the ramp before walking down it where I then had a photo taken infront of the ring with Rhea, Dom, Damian in the ring. Then we got to do a Q&A with them before the rest of the arena came in. That was the best experience I've ever had and for about £250 thought it was an absolute steal!

so the way merch works is that they will generally only sell merch for the superstars that will be there that night. Any major returns that might have merch theyll wait till they do their part of the night before the table makes the merch available. Also merch is generally anywhere between 5-15 dollars cheaper on the website and they are constantly running 20-25% off discounts. edit: also, i just wanna say the "mini" belts are supposedly the closest to the replicas than the other belts, other than the "elite" belts.
@kenbrandon64346 ай бұрын
I would go to some place, like Michael’s or Hobby Lobby, and ask about “shadow boxes”, maybe even taking the items with you. These are pictures frames made to hold memorabilia that aren’t flat. They might even be able to help put something together. I can kind of visualize the mini-belt diagonally with the magnet in one corner and the coin in the other corner. And the printed copy in the background. They might even have ones big enough for collector’s jerseys and t-shirts.

my recommendation is to do the superstar package at a live event. I always make sure I get online early to ensure that I get ringside seats. At live events the wrestlers have alot more freedom and it is common for them to stay out a little longer and take pics and sign autographs after matches. They catn do this at TV events due to the struct schedule.

Hi Josh, new follower here & Toledo local! I'm VERY new to the WWE, & love watching your content. My husband is a life-long wrestling fan & decided to get back into it last year after some waning interest over the last few years. I was a complete grump at first, and gave him so much grief over it, because I was genuinely ignorant about it. But then I actually started WATCHING... I came in when the Jimmy & Jey fued really came to a head, and I found myself so interested in their story. The Royal Rumble was my first major PLE, and I knew I was in trouble at that point, because I found myself yelling at the TV! 😂 Wrestlemania 40 was genuinely one of the most exciting things I've ever witnessed, and it's been all downhill from there! I'm honestly so excited for next week's match between Jey & Gunther, & really hope Jey comes out victorious! I have a few favorites already (mostly the women because I am in AWE of their beauty and athleticism! Rhea, Baylee, Becky, Lyra, JADE! Good grief!) but Jey has really earned my respect, & I get SO excited every time I hear his entrance music! I want to go to RAW next month when they are in town, but my husband isn't interested in going to live events, so I guess I'll just be vicariously living through your adventures! 🥹 Thanks for taking us all along on your WWE journey! 👏🏼

@@Dporticus LA Knight is definitely someone who thrives on the mic, but isn’t the flashiest in the ring, still solid though. His home invasion angle with AJ Styles leading up to Mania 40 was one of the funniest/funnest moments in recent memory. For more of that “holy shit” moments you honestly can’t go wrong with most of the stuff Brawn Strowman was doing around 2018. Tipping semi trucks, smashing a cello over another wrestler, using a grappling hook to pull scaffolding onto Kane and Lesnar, dude was so much fun at that time.

in my experience, it's either front row or nothing for floor seats Sat 2nd row floor right in the center, while it was a good view there were 3 people in front of me who stood on the railings the entire night. Couldn't see anything, and even when I did stand I could barley see between them And then you have the people behind you get mad at you for standing briefly when the idiots in front of you are doing it all night... Best seats in my opinion, are the first few rows in the elevated seats. I learned early on that you gotta be careful w the floor seats for the exact reasons you said. Good stuff people should know. My local arena has "loge" boxes which are basically like a long table w office chairs which are super comfortable. They have QR codes there which you can scan and get food n drinks delivered to your seat. They're located between the 1st and 2nd deck so you can see everything, and they're only around 100-150 each and I won't go to see shows there in any other seat now. If you ever see them available I recommend them and hopefully they're a similar experience. Also, thank you for the dog cam, tell em I said hello.

Besides the belt I'd probably not want the merch and would rather just the good seating. Was the seating worth it compared to others? I love the PLE chairs I've seen that have the promo photo on them. I think a chair with superstars on it rather than the whole "VIP" branding would be better. It's a bit generic. The entrance would be dope. I've seen people do a whole entrance with music from a list they can choose from. But I don't know if it's the events or the Saudi center.

I did a travel package for Wrestlemania 19 & 22. I can confirm the chair thing was the same then too. Everything was zip tied together and we had to wait until someone to cut the zip ties. However, other rows did just start breaking them free. They did punch our ticket as we were leaving to keep up from taking two or giving our ticket to someone else, which I was bummed about. I wanted a clean ticket I could frame. Any problem with people holding up signs in the first few rows? At Wrestlemania 19, a fight was about to break out because someone in row 3 kept holding up a sign. These guys in row 5 reached over and yanked that sign halfway through the show. They said they flew from overseas to see the show and didn’t want to look at the back of some guys sign.
@Dporticus6 ай бұрын
Every show I've been to, even when on the floor, no one had any issue with signs. Everyone around me anyway would just hold there sign up for a few seconds and then put it back down. But I've definitely seen people on TV get a little too out of hand with how often they were holding the signs up

9:20 when I was at WrestleMania 37 they showed in the venue the ad they show during the events of X% off on the WWE Shop but you definitely don’t get it on site, you actually pay a helluva tax to buy it in person lol. When we went to AEW Dynasty last Sunday I knew they were going to have the new AEW World Title versions that Samoa Joe had with the side plates and being autographed by Joe and I figured those would be $5k but they were only $1k. I don’t think they were anything more than the new versions of the replicas and signed by Joe (so not real leather, etc). I could be wrong but that was super cheap for a real belt if it was real. It was basically the $800 for the replica plus $200 for Joe’s Autograph.

to comment a bit on the people taking seats and potentially missing out on your "guaranteed" seat - at survivor series in chicago they had security checking everyone's ticket who was trying to leave the floor seat area with a floor seat to ensure people weren't just taking a seat that didn't belong to them. I'd assume this might be more standard at the PLE events, but unsure since my experience with floor seats is limited to that show. similar setup with the zip ties.

Unfortunately now that wwe is popular again you aren't going to get those seats for 250 anymore lol

Maybe you can talk about what happens off the air at shows during the commercial breaks and pre/post show.
@Rose-wh6md5 ай бұрын
if the wrestler is making an entrance and it goes to commercial they will pause the theme song and blast the arena with ads during the break and then when the break is over the ads stop and the music goes back on lol

I'm from Columbus Ohio I almost went to that show

Check out some of your location for a good Independent promotion. Most cities have them they are regional so I can’t give any suggestions but always an excellent time on a Friday or Saturday night.

You're gonna have a blast. Vision may be an issue in certain instances but I promise the environment is a blast, especially that close.

I did floorseats at NXT takeover Cardiff and will never do the floor again. 1. Had to sit at a 45 degree angle because of the direction of the chairs. There were just too many rows of chairs. 2. Everyone standing up and the littlest thing so you just couldn't see passed anyone. I can't watch the ppv anymore because it's been ruined. There was a drunk dude who wouldn't shut up. So I can hear him and what ended up happening to him. You can really hear him during Walter vs Tyler bate. Someone kept telling him to shut up but he wouldn't so someone went for him. And wanted to knock him out.

I also had an issue with someone who needed to shut up when we went to summer slam

Floor seats can be great but only if you can select your own seat. Being in the first row or second is going to give a great view but beyond that, not so much and not worth the extra cost. At the event I went to there was a couple with a child (probably about 5 yrs old) in the third row VIP and I heard security telling them that the child had to stay seated, if they were caught standing on the seat they would be kicked out with no refund (probably a safety/insurance thing, but still sucks for the kid). And the signed photo definitely isn't random (or isn't at all events at least), everyone at this event with VIP got a Cody Rhodes signed one.

I watched someone else do a review from a year or so ago and they got a different photo than the person they went with. So who knows.

Have you tried the Superstar Experience ticket package yet? If you have, what is the difference? Are people allowed to bring a normal digital camera into the arena with them if they don't have a smart phone for pictures?
@Dporticus5 ай бұрын
I'm going to that in a few weeks. I'll have a video on it by the end of June.

When you get to the VIP, are there people checking your tickets? Do they give you a bracelet, or necklace or anything - or just go off of ticket ?
@Dporticus3 ай бұрын
They check your ID before giving you the ticket. After that it's just your ticket

Btw, I have watched several of your videos, and my brother is a huge fan of the Detroit Lions, he went to the Division clinching victory this year... but GO! PACK! GO! (I have shoulders, if other people don't care about blocking view, then I won't either, mind you, if I am already splurging to take my kid to floor seats I am going to pay a premium to get right up to the front for him.)

Just out of curiosity were you around during the Attitude Era or was that before your time?
@Dporticus6 ай бұрын
I was around but I only started watching wrestling a year ago. My parents didn't allow me to watch as a kid so I never had any interest until I stumbled on it as an adult.

Is it true it’s hard to get the very first row? Because what I was told by my family the very first row ringside seat are for celebrities and family members of the wrestlers 🤷♂️
@Dporticus10 күн бұрын
@@prestondoss2699 idk if it's like that, but i know whenever I've looked, those seats are usually taken or reserved for a special package you can buy
