Xp-pen is the cheaper alternative for a Wacom tablet and it's this brand has been a great benefit for me since doing digital art. Looks like he's using a 14" 2021 MacBook Pro. For digital art you want to look for a laptop with a high quality screen, a decent GPU and a good amount of RAM. All in all It mainly depends on what your budget is
