It's called hypersensitivity. When my anxiety is high and there isn't anything distracting my mind, when it's dead silent, sound will intensify. For me I describe it as feeling like your being yelled at by a big angry beast but without the sound of such a thing being there. True. I had a doll that would be in a different place than where I left her whenever I left the room, it turns out, it wasn't the doll itself, it was her dress and bonnet. The dress and bonnet were originally part of one of my great grandmother's porcelain dolls that had been long lost, only her dress and bonnet remained (no one knows where the doll went, in just kind of disappeared into thin air, one family mystery that will most likely never be solved). So, my grandmother bought me a doll that was similar to my great gran's for my 8th b-day and gave me her doll's dress and bonnet to go with her as extra clothing. When Sophia wasn't wearing HER original dress and bonnet, she moved... A LOT. To the point that I decided to experiment and place her in a box, close the top and come back an hour later. She was out of the box and sitting up against my pillows on my bed when I returned. I was the only one home.

Carry pieces of quartz with you. It cleanses and protects. Also, they may need help. They see you as someone who can give them that help. Close you eyes and tell them if they see a light or hear happy things to go towards it. If they don't leave after 5-10 minutes, tell them your boundaries out loud such as, don't touch me ever, don't move things, etc. Sometimes they need you because it helps them to remain calm. It sounds very odd but I have to do it a lot. If they break a rule, sternly go over the rules again. It takes a while for them to learn. Remember the quartz too. Wish you luck.

Ok, so many things here... Firstly, I’m a reborn Bunny follower. I’m loving your changes you’re going for. I’ve been commenting on your newer videos saying I believe you’re an empath, just from listening to you talk about your struggles with depression & anxiety. After watching this video, you are definitely an empath. You are pretty much where I was about 5 years ago. Super scared, but sensing it all. You probably were sensing something. And the “fear” you felt from your experience isn’t fear. We interpret it as fear, because movies, stories, etc. have given us the impression that these things are scary. But tune into that feeling. It is your 6th sense. You can practice not being afraid, rather just acknowledge that you have sensed a spirit in some way. (I, myself still have to practice this reminder sometimes.) You are fascinated with the paranormal because you are sensing it all the time. Ever try saging your living space? It may help to clear your unwanted visitors. You should do a colab with the Psychic Twins, and let them explain things to you. Seriously though, look into being emapathic. I believe it could help you out a great deal. (I’ll just keep repeating this for you, in case you don’t look at old video comments.) ✨🙏🏻✨

Oh, and the tearing up...I do the same thing when recalling a moment of spiritual connection. I felt pretty stupid about it until my daughter (more meta than I can hope to be) told me it was because I was “in the flow”. When we are in the spiritual zone which is not made for our physical bodies, crying is one of the only ways our bodies can handle it. It’s a powerful force, and we are earthly beings. something similar happened to me, a long time ago i was in the bedroom i shared with my sister, which we were in the process of cleaning. There was a pile of clothes in the corner, and i was cleaning, with my sister, suddenly i am aware of this noise, and it sounded just like what you described, deep breathing, only it was kind of quiet, though the longer i listened the louder it got, and there was no one upstairs where we were, it was complete silence up here. we pretty much froze for probably 5 minuets, trying to figure out where it was coming from, it was coming from the pile of clothes. I thought someone was under the clothes breathing as loud as she could! But the thing was it was small, like no one could fit under there! finally i worked up the courage to poke around in the clothes and nothing was there, the sound kinda faded out, it was one of the weirdest things thats ever happened to me.

A majority of the time, when people experience stuff like this, it's carbon monoxide poisoning. Never hurts to get someone to check if there are higher than normal levels of it where you are. And if not, it was probably ghosts haha

Could also be high emf zensitivity or mold...those can also cause hallucinations and uneasy feelings (and high emf can hit in empty locations...as long as they are near enough to sometging putting out emf waves)

You should probably have your office blessed or regularly go through it and burn sage. Old antique objects can hold onto memories or spirits can enter them. This has happened to me!! I was living with my mom and step dad in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was summer so naturally i was up at 3 am watching late night shows and KZbin, my room was a little square with a window half the size of the wall on one wall of the room overlooking the alleyway behind the apartments. The top of my bed was up against the window so i had headphones in and I could hear a sound and I thought it was my headphones breaking but i realized I could still hear it when I took them off, i looked out the window and saw nothing. It was definitely a breathing in and out at a regular pace. i convinced myself that it was my mom snoring but I guess it wasn’t a good enough excuse because i got out of bed and went to there rooms door and put my ear to the door and i was certain it wasn’t coming from there. I couldn’t pin point the sound. So I went to bed and as I laid there listening I couldn’t hear it getting louder until I could hear it so close I swear it was behind me (i was laying on my side) and I actually got the courage to turn around and I didn’t see anything so I just put my headphones in and laid there until I passed out. It was a really intense feeling trying to sleep while being at level 10 of alertness and gladly it has never happened again since! (I condensed it as well as I could lol there was definitely a lot of panicking and laying in bed motionless trying to think of my next move but this is way to long as it is.)

A lot of people love Bunny's Aesthetic. I love old dolls. They are beautiful. And for some reason I love vintage doll parts. In some way I believe toys for children are a form of art and in the past artists made beautiful images of children/babies for kids to play with. Like today..except they were working with harder materials...wood, chalk...whatever...I believe doll parts and old stuff just makes up humankind nothing really creepy. It's all us. It's all nifty!!
