i assume the dvinci resolve thing is missing libreries. You would usualy want a bleeding edge distro for those kind of things. So distro like, fedora or nobara. if you really want to run resolve on popos. You would need to find an older version of resolve or get a distrobox(but then it get's too technical.)

That's interesting. Honestly, It would help if the installer said something like "This program may not be compatible on this distro, use this instead." Something in simple terms that gets the message across without assuming you're a power user or something.

@@StrazyKaillen yeah linux is like that. it's usualy made by developers. And very few of them are actualy good at designing.

The reason Gaming sucks on that laptop is because it's a G1 Ice Lake Chip meaning it won't be pleasant for games and generally gaming on Linux isn't great. I was gonna say the res is to high but seeing the Go 1 have a sub 1080P Display then that's not the case. Gaming on that hardware is possible but it depends on the game.

Yeah, I tried playing Crazy Taxi on Redream just to see if it would work and I had no issues with it, it played smoothly, and I was surprised that it works on Linux like it does on Windows. So, in situations like that, it is possible.
