This recreation is the same key as the soundtrack version: E minor. The in-game version is slower and in the key of C minor. So no, this isn't in the wrong key signature. I even made sure to double-check this because songs in my memory sometimes go down a half step.

as soon as he started struggling with the saxophone solo I knew what was wrong. The OST version of Death by Glamor is faster and in a slightly higher key than the in game version. (it was an unintentional thing Toby did where the song was slowed down in game) The sax sounds off because he's mimicking the in game register where as the OST is higher which the rest of this recreation is on key and tempo with the OST version. 3:48 is identical to the in game version pitch wise.
