In the future I’d recommend using thin paint pens as it gives the model a good finish and it’s very easy!

I also recommend taking apart the trackmaster Thomas so you can’t get paint on other parts! When you’re done, you can put it back together! (I got this from custom trackmasters) Another one is that you can try to use masking tape on the shell, but it’s mostly recommended for lining.
