Here in New Zealand we get Snapper which is our most popular eating fish which I believe is tha same as your Sea-bream or Tai. Im going to make one of those Tornado lures and try it when I take my boat out next. I might try a 3-way swivel in the rubber tube so the beads can still spin but the hook is up closer to the weight.

Hi. Made some of the lures. Went out and tried them in various depths of water. Worked perfectly. Good hookup rate, best colour by far was Orange over Red or Green.
No brainer! Put a couple of hooks along bead string and hookup rates surges.

Have you tried it? I tried it, but the rotation is extremely bad, but...

@@garyunohito if using a solid wire, never spiral it too much when using multiple hooks. I suppose using a multistrand wire would help. Rotation should be vital when targeting trouts in streams. In saltwater deep water jigging that shouldn't be necessary. Basically, fish are like kittens, curious and playful... most of time fish reacts to lure out of curiosity ... using their mouths to study objects!
