@@EbanescenceJ I think this would actually be really easy compared to their ContentID system for example which can recognize music and DMCA claim it even if it's in the background or faster. You just need to add up the RGB value of every pixel of a frame to get the total brightness. Then you subtract the total brightness to the frame before and make a graph out of the absolute value, which you could display in KZbin Studio for creators. And if the graph exceeds a threshold over a significant amount of seconds (for example 3 seconds, but I don't know at what point it's getting dangerous for viewers with epilepsy) you add a warning before the video (like the age restriction warning). This is something a computer science student could code in a day or two. So KZbin really should have added this loooooong ago.
