I keep coming across awesome videos on my recommended and saving them just to find out that they were made by small channels, many of them having way less subscribers than me. I’m talking hundreds and early thousands. Channels with high-quality contents that deserve to go viral more than some of these people out here with low effort. I have found so many new KZbinrs within just this month and last month and it’s nice to see these small channels grow.

Many of my Shorts perform well statistically (70-75% reach and 80-90% average watch duration), but the views seem to get stuck at around 12-15k. After that, the stats drop slightly, and the promotion stops, idk why😢 I’ve been doing this for a month, constantly trying different approaches and experimenting.What do you think could be the main reason for this? It’s all about posting 2x at 8am 2x at 8pm, then posting on 2 channels at once with the same shorts and relating them to eachother he also didn’t have the correct type of content to blow up fast or get subs I started a channel a week ago and have 23k subs just from shorts its easy

Hw was quite honest about his results. First thing to consider is that even if your content is good KZbin still show it to wrong audience. Because your channel is small. Even the the retention will be high. VVS will be horrible. Same with my shorts. Retention is like 90+ but VVS is bad

20 subs in 9-10 days , look these people on youtube saying that they got like thousands of subscribers in their first few weeks are not LYING but they just had too much experience before , like they already know whats working whats not they tested on a lot of channels and niches to get it right , but for someone like me this is my first serious attempt posting 9 shorts , by every short im posting i understand more and more and get better results, my higher one so far isnt even that high just 2.2k views with around 50 likes , but i posted it 30 hours ago which is neat , and i think the more u go into it the more u get better results, the results in ur second week is better than ur first, so dont give up guys and just take ur time post shorts u dont need to have 5 videos with every one setting on 15m views thats not normal at all , ill make sure to go back to this comment and update u guys , and also thanks for sharing this experience with us cuz i finally felt that im not alone at this ❤ edit: literally 2 days after posting this i got a somewhat viral video setting on 15k rn which is really great , with a 5k video and a 2.5k one thats still growing and over 60 subscribers, im really happy with the results ❤️ edit: 386 subs 😼

Hey Connor I was a bit bored, i spent almost an hour analysing your content and socials and I have came to a conclusion that you lack two important things one is consistency and the second is sticking to a niche, i have seen your channel techie and money flow where you just gave up on both of them and i say your twitch you are not streaming as well, you select niches like creating KZbin automation and youtube shorts and bitcoin but only create like 2-3 videos about this niche and give up, while youtube automation itself is a niche where you can literally create 100s of videos and you just create 2-3 videos and expect to blow up? In about an year you have created 18 videos in about 3-4 random niches, that's not enough, the only reason why I am taking my time to comment this is because I see a great potential, your editing skills are on point and you seem like a smart kid, so focus on a single niche and Star pumping content, you should atleast in the bare minimum be uploading 1-2 video per week as a beginner, if it's hard to post 1-2 videos per day optimize where evey you can, like in editing or something it depends on the person, and after you start getting decent subscribers and views do whatever you want from KZbin automation to bitcoin, it doesn't matter because your views will eat that shit up regardless, just wanted to give an advice that's all.
