Yes it is rebranded to a kaiserreich esk world but not exactly after WWI the war reparations weren’t as bad and was more of a stale mate which lead to the economy and governments of all of Europe to topple France went communist Czechoslovakia went communist Austria Hungary dismantled German still takes Austria Germany reached an agreement with Poland for Memel for them to become a protectorate Germany is currently at was with Italy Yugoslavia France and possibly soon USSR because they also still exist is you have questions I’m happy to answer!
