The saltiness of the adobo comes from soy sauce, and the spiciness comes from whole peppercorn. Pancit is truly full of surprises! Glad you enjoyed Filipino food. 🎉🎉🎉

The yellow citrus you placed on the pancit is Lemon, another variety of citrus than you can drizzle in the pancit is called Calamansi. Kutsinta is the brown circular dessert you ate with coconut in the first part of the video. :)

Hi!! You should eat on the plate with the rice then pour some sauce from the adobo and put some chicken meat.. Then use the spoon to get some rice. Your fork is use to push the rice and viand to the spoon.. and eat with the spoon... That's the Filipino way of eating using spoon and pork.❤😊👍👋

At first i thought you are a Filipino but you are not im surprised by it because you look like Filipino its like you look more of filipino latino probably Puerto Rican. You said you are Half Samoan and Half Mayan correct me if im wrong so that means you have an Native indian blood with you of Aztecs ethnicity in Mexucright? You know maya civilization. Anyways you look like Filipino because Samoans, Filipinos and Malaysians have almost the same race of Malay/polynesian thats why when you look at them or visit their countries majority of them has the brown skin or moreno in Filipino boricua in Puerto Rico we only differ in cultures and tradition but other than that our races are almost the same. Anyways thank you for loving our food you know the dessert you eat girst is called kutsinta its made from rice, brown sugar, lye water and water here in the Philippines there are many variations of that different provinces different recipes of that even the chicken adobo has so many varities too. Hope you can visit the mainland Philippines soon.
