I do notice some of the westernized part, which makes me curious and want to try actually. From the fried chicken fillet which is not typically used in indonesia as "the crispy fried chicken", and also the beef ribs which is not eaten with nasi bakar most of the time. Looks good as hell, ngl. Definitely wish there are some restaurants in Indonesia who want to try some change-up like this!

you should mix satay sauce before you deep the satay into it because the black color is sweet soy sauce. the taste will be better. then when you eat satay you have to deep it fully to the meat so when you eat it you will have the great taste of satay
