Finally got to see this entire video and I must say first that your hair is recovering and growing so nicely ! Second it does look really shiny after the mask ! I use this mask once a week and I really do enjoy it. It really doesn’t weigh my hair down and adds quite a bit of shine on my curly hair !

Try this, I had the same journey as you 4 years ago and have tried an array of treatments but have rediscovered amla hair oil it’s very hydrating for damaged hair. Put on wrap in plastic cap for a few hours then wash out with either olaplex shampoo and conditioner or redKen acidic bonding and use olaplex 6 mixed with RedKen acidic bonding leave in as a leave in treatment. Makes hair softer and less dry looking.

@@heidiguttenberg I try to get organic amla oil where possible but when I had dark hair I used to use dabur brand but I don’t think it would be suitable for our light hair as it has a greenish tint. But online Amazon stores will supply organic or non organic amla oil. Use a bamboo brush for a few minutes to get circulation going then use a mix of amla and rosemary to apply to scalp then I use sweet almond oil on lengths and ends. Shampoo twice to get rid of oil. It’s very good to oil hair will help your hair grow a lot.

Have you ever tried Amika The Cure hair mask? It leaves my hair feeling so less tangled and nice. It’s wonderful. Sounds a lot like this mask actually. I still do use a little Moroccan hair oil after using it. But it is wonderful.

At 3 months we had to improvise a sweater with a sock 🧦 😂 Then, a lovely lady hand made those sweaters for her, when we were in Argentina. Lola sounds amazing! My cat is named Lola 😹

¡Hola Heidy! Luego de aplicarte la mascara y quitártela, ¿usaste algún styling product para secarte el cabello? Es que yo la tengo y aún no la he usado. No sé si te lo escribí en algún otro comentario en algún otro vídeo, pero a mí me pasó lo mismo que a ti, en abril pasado y el cabello se me cayó prácticamente completo. Me lo dejaron amarillo pollito y no podía peinarme porque se me caía “a borbotones”. Tuve que cortarme más de 10 pulgadas de cabello y fue sumamente traumatizante porque fue el día antes de viajar para Miami y los cayos. Y lo peor fue que la estilista me cobró por el servicio. Yo sigo yendo donde ella porque es mi estilista, pero ella reconoció que me lo había dañado completamente y ahora tengo que cortármelo cada 4 semanas hasta tanto ese bleach salga de mi cabello. Estuve meses sin salir y te repito ha sido traumatizante. He comprado todos los productos habidos y por haber: toda la línea de Olaplex, K18, WOW, Drybar y otros más de alta gama; además de todos los equipos Dyson para el cabello porque supuestamente son los mejores porque no se utiliza tanto calor y mi sufrido cabello sigue con el frizz de la “achicharrada” que le dieron. Ha sido horrible, no puedo explicarte cuánto; bueno, realmente, tú sabes cuánto. Gracias a Dios que ahora se usan los bobs y no me siento tan mal por ello, pero amaba mi cabello largo y saludable. No le deseo esto ni a mi peor enemigo, como dicen por ahí.

Repeat with me: SILICONES ARE NOT BAD! In fact, i'd recommend using masks or conditioner with silicones that will wash out for bleach damaged hair, since it creates a cast around the hair and prevents it from getting further damage. Just dont get it mixed up with nourishing ingredients that actually heal your hair from the inside, but to not reverse the repaired damage, there needs to be protection from the outside too
