Sometimes on new hikes doing circuits, its a good idea to stagger the first and last few laps, as in only go halfway for a couple times before completing the full laps. As a warmup and cool down help you get the second wind before getting winded too early

good stuff bro ! For me cardio, calorie deficit, intermittent fasting helped me lose the weight and keep it off. I essentially eat whatever I want but keep a close eye on the calories. Just wanted to share my experience thats all !

Glad to see you doing weights. Food is 90 percent. Good to do weights in a fasted state then eat after and have protein and good fats. Low carb/ whole food/keto/ketovore/carnivore also important for weight loss. Water. Also prayer and meditation. Dealing with stress. Good sleep. Also dealing with why you got obese in the first place. All important for weight loss and for maintenance. Talking from experience.

Keep pushing Uce. You need to increase the weight though, 8 to 10 reps if you can do 12 you need to increase. Remember you need to tear down the muscle to rebuild it. Also slow down the reps. time over tension bro! LeZGoo!

What a FEAT that endeavour was! Wow!! Easier and more motivating with mates along Weight loss is often a solitary activity. Extreme activity can spike extreme hunger, thus undoing the activity itself. The main focus needs to be on getting calories lower than activity burned. Exercise is still critical, but may be more about sustainable daily exercise consistently that doesn’t trigger excessive hunger. If you’re lifting or doing strenuous exercise, then protein needs to anchor the day - 30-50g of any type three times a day, with 1-2 cupfuls or handfuls of veggies and fruit three times a day. A fair whack of olive oil - 3-4 tablespoons a day - won’t derail things. Massages, long walks, nature hikes, swimming, comedy - all stuff that will release cortisol is part of the job of dampening cortisol levels and thus reducing insulin resistance, because the higher the cortisol, the greater the insulin resistance and so the harder it is to drop fat.

You need to try harder dude! 67 weeks and barely looking change. Week 50-67 looking the same. Idk if your not on a calorie deficit but highly recommend that and lifting with a little cardio in between.
