I Try To Walk Onto Stanford’s Football Field

Stanford's athletic village area was my backyard in the 1960's, I grew up a couple miles away in Palo Alto and would ride my bike with friends all over the campus. It was easy walking on to all of the different athletic fields and it was even easy to sneak into the old stadium on game days, too. It wasn't a big deal, apparently. There were a few areas where people dug out under the fence to gain access. Good memories and this video brought them all back. Thank you!.

Grew up in Mountain View and used to hang out there all the time. Got kicked out by security watching a Kansas City Chief's practice. Actually got to watch a game on the field by carrying a bunch of camera equipment and telling security we were with the Contra Costa Times and giving the name of the press secretary which security recognized.
