Very cool night light. Really wish you would have plugged it in so we could have seen the end result.

Love how you incorporated your hammer formed mold process into this project! That is one expensive night lite (those original lenses are scarce)! Go Japhands, keep moving forward!

I thought you were going to make the whole thing out of 1/2" steel at first. That'll never stay in the socket! It was fun watching that copper actually shrink around that top radius. Looks really great, nice work!

Karl, you could make a paper/cardboard gasket for the lens to sit on so it would not rattle.

6:00 so far I was thinking wow that's way too much metal to hang on the wall by a couple of prongs in an outlet and then I realized you're making a hammer form. . .probably.

"Not car related" as you make a nightlight with a car part. Lol 😜

Is or was there a way to install a spring loaded pin instead of a screw. Just so switch is more accessible. Just a thought

I love repurposing old car parts. I’ve got an old Rochester Quadrajet that I’ll probably never use, thinking about turning it into a bong 🤣 the quadrabong!

I hope you put an LED bulb in the nite lite. An Incandecent bulb will get real hot and may crack the lens.

Noticed the rattle , A rubber gasket would finish it off nicely
