I get so frustrated when you don’t buy things for your measurements and rely on sizes which are always inconsistent. I’m happy you are buying for your body, not for size you want to be. I used to buy things in smaller sizes and was miserable because then nothing fit right. Now I am unashamedly unapologetic about being a fat 4x-6x (because sizes are not consistent lol) and a fat fashionista.

Hi fei, just a question, have you tried buttoning the pants with lots of buttons from bottom to top? I have noticed you always start at the top and try to work down. I have jeans with multiple buttons that will not all button if I start top to bottom, but if I do bottom to top they work perfectly. Maybe it won’t make a difference but in case you have not tried that I thought I’d mention it

Fei, I think you should ditch the chunky platforms. It's just not for us gals with short and stubby legs. We actually want to avoid anything large shoes-wise since we don't have much height on our legs to balance out the chunkiness of the shoes. Chunky shoes just make our legs look even more hefty. It's actually the slimmer, thinner shoes that flatter us most. That's just what I think :))

The shoes are cutting off her legs in an unflattering way, which makes her legs look shorter and stubbier. Since it’s summer, opt for a flat sandal, espadrilles or wedge that elongates the legs and gives you a bit of height.
