Happy Birthday! In terms of deeper topics, I feel there’s a shortage of courses that cover the entire process of project development, from start to finish, including deployment and launching in production. I’d love to see courses that encompass the full journey - development, testing, deployment, setting up a server, configuring a database, backups, and domains, optimizing for performance, and implementing security best practices. Typical courses, even comprehensive ones, often focus on just one or a few parts of the process. So, I think a few “full project development” courses would be valuable-starting with an idea and ending with a fully launched project in production. Another potential topic of interest is structuring and developing a relatively large project-something more complex than a simple blog, with over 100 models and database tables. While I know it’s challenging to develop such a project solely for a course, it would be great to see this kind of course available.

@@LaravelDaily I strongly agree with this idea, and as a suggestion for the challenge of working on a large project, I believe that it is not important to fully explain the development stage. Perhaps presenting ideas, Structure, and giving advice will be sufficient so that the course focuses on the SDLC development stages and not just the development stage. enjoy your vacation.

Happy birthday 🎉🎉 My thoughts about the channel it's not a good idea to alter channel topic, but maybe get deeper in the topic, like go through code base of popular packages, or make series of a big project development so developers learn about design patterns, best practice, how to follow PSR standards, how to structure code base and DB, how to secure your application and data, how to scale... etc I see most developers know how it's done, but not how it's well done! Thanks for all your great work through the years, and in advance for the upcoming. Wish you happy vacation 🌹

Happy Birthday! I believe the most impactful support would be helping us launch a business, startup, or SaaS. Additionally, promoting these ventures with a thoughtful review would be incredibly valuable. It would benefit the entire community, empowering us all to take flight on our own wings!

Every business is individual so hard to talk about a "typical" saas, and totally not every developer wants to start a business. Also, there are many channels about saas already. But thanks for the idea!

Happy birthday 🎉🎉 The content of this channel is very valuable, what I suggest is to discuss some advanced topics like micro-services, design patterns, big project architectures, how to put more pieces together eather than focusing just on Laravel as a framework. Also maybe Kafka and RabbitMQ, Nginx, Deployment and CI/CD pipelines,…

Happy birthday! I've sunk my teeth into Rust, algorithms, data structures and maths lately and so far it's been a delight. Not necessarily because the market is looking for this right now, but I wanted to dive deeper into topics that aren’t just about Controllers, Models, or queries, but more about the performance and the elegance of an algorithm and app code.

And you right, I think because you force urself to daily, but in reality we need some days to do research for deep understanding and have new insight. And I may have a suggestion what kind of topic I want: find something big project and the big issue of the project, maybe like handling notifications for millions user? locking to prevent duplicate transaction happen. Or message broker, event, queue, job, batch job, fail / cancel job, supervisor, redis implementation Third party integration, like AWS, GCP, sentry, nginx, socmed integration, google login, cloudflare, elasticsearch Load balancer, CDN, Proxy OMG I ask too much xD Thank you for listening. Still the best channel !

First of all, happy birthday to you Povilas. As an avid and grateful consumer of your content I'll give you my best and sincerely thought despite it couldn't be the most foreseeble. Personally I'd not merge several topics in your main channel/brand. Please, read the book "22 immutable rules of marketing" form Al Ries & Jack Trout, if you has not read yet. Specifically the law refferent to the "brand extension" that is one of the most appealing but lethal dangers for stablished brands. You dealt with that very well when created Filament Daily channel. If you feel that expanding the subject is necessary, then new/s channel/s will be the less potentially damaging way for your main brand in the viewers' mind IMHO. Anyway I wish you the best luck with your new envision. PS: I'll be super happy if you'd make a "VUE daily" channel.

Thanks for the advice! And yes I've read that book many years ago. But actually that Filament Daily started separately only after a dozen of Filament videos on THIS channel, when I saw the need for something separate. With Vue, not sure I want to dive into JS world, I'm a bigger fan of livewire :)

Happy birth Povilas! Just spit balling, are skills related to full end to end deployment going to be more in demand as we go forward? Happy birthday! I often wonder how you manage to create so much quality content, because it's so much hard work. Your video's are always very helpful, certainly since I started using Filament. I may be asked to create a mobile app shortly, as a logical next step for an existing filament project. I have heard of a few frameworks and ways to create apps, but I don't really know where to start and think I'll lose much time doing research. Maybe apps is a possible topic? I don't see this discussed much in the Laravel community. Or maybe I'm looking in the wrong places. Don't be reading to much here and enjoy your holiday ;-)

Some of my tips for your future contents: 1) you can create a series on diving deep in to the core laravel codebase, meaning all the illuminate classes and what they do under the hood. It may not look as important on the face but I believe diving into a framework code and understanding it will help the framework users to be better at the framework and also a deep understanding of one framework will make transition into other framework much easier. 2) You can create videos about useful symphony packages that can be handy for travel developers too.
