Es falso, para empezar no hay viento, aparte las lamparas de filamento tienen un tiempo de encendido y apagado a medida que se incrementa o desciende el voltaje generado por el sistema, acá prende y apaga muy rápido, y las paletas giran siempre a la misma velocidad.
