Thinking about characters' fight styles and their models. I think Kaido as Radhan, Dragon Kaido as Elden Beast, WhiteBeard as Godfrey, Shanks as Malenia, Magellan as Mogh fitted really well. I would have made some changes and added some other ideas such as Katakuri as Godskin Apostle: the black flame thing doesn't fit but the stretchy ability and their polearm weapons are matched King as Black blade Kindred: These 2 look really similar. Even if we keep Kindred's weapons, they still look good on King Mihawk as Black Knife Alecto: They have same size, same movement, similar fighting style, the black knife special attack would work well with Mihawk too If we really want Big Mom then maybe Big Mom as Fire Giant or Big Mom as Godskin Noble ? Im not sure they fit but if yes we can have a duo boss battle with Katakuri and Big Mom Another idea is Katakuri as Crucible Knight Tree and King as Crucible Knight Axe

Soul game Onepiece is a dream. I would love it to set during Goldroger time or Joyboy time and all boss is original new character. You can expand a lot of lore in that and it won’t ruin current time line. (Maybe during 2year time might work too). Add some dream sequence so you can fight well known character. Also, change mount to chopper reindeer form would be cool or Garoo.
