Not to mention I'm severely antisocial because of bipolar and PTSD. So its very weird for me to be so invested in someone at all. So on that note I'd like to say honestly and sincerely thank you. Your positivity, motivation, honesty, authenticity, and just character as a whole has many a times given me hope in humanity when I had none, gave me peace when I was in turmoil, calmed the storm of rage in my heart and most of all a reason to wait til next week or the next day. So once again thank you and you know what I love ya and Ill see YOU next time.

If you anchor the winch end to the top of the A frame and have a snatch block on the load end you'll double the lifting capacity. Maybe you won't end up picking stuff up that's twice as heavy, but that will halve the load on the winch and therefore double the braking force too, so you won't slip loads as easily.

For the well, put a platform around the top with stairs & railing so people can get above the wall safely & look down with full effect (giving them something designed to be leaned on should reduce the temptation to climb on top). I think it'd also be cool if you had lighting all the way down & had some kind of coin toss section (since the name is wishing themed). Maybe have a camera down there so people can see the level of the coins rise (or make a game out of the coin toss to land in certain areas).

Hey Matt in terms of the demowishing well, maybe you could build a metal gazebo type platform with some lights underneath and a railing around it. Almost like the top of a lighthouse but without the glass enclosure for the light. Then put a couple of stairways up to it. In the center over the hole, you can then put either perforated steel plate like what you’d find over a drain or service tunnel in a city. Or a thick piece of glass with a small coin slit in the middle. That way the lights under the platform illuminate the hole enough to see and the curious guests can feel free to get the view they want!

if you leave the top open then trash will end up in there too!! I suggest building a larger round hut over the entire well so people can walk around the well inside the hut. Then place a thick glass top over the well but before you do that, mount a long pole down the center of the entire cave, from top to the lowest point and place several cameras along the pole, pointing in different directions within the cave. Then place flat screens on the walls of the hut that connect directly to the cameras down in the cave. Create lighting inside the cave and now visitors can 'see' down into the cave by looking at those screens and since the hut is round, they can get a bit of a feel for what it looks like down there as well.
