I have disabled all notifications since I noticed I was looking at my smartphone too much. Now, I only receive phone calls (as they are important to me and I want to answer most of them) and notifications from a few selected apps, like finance apps, so I’m always notified when something important happens. Essentially, I’ve applied the same concept of a dumb phone to my Apple Watch. When I receive a notification on my Apple Watch, it means it’s something truly important that needs my attention.

It's not about ditching smartphones, but using them wisely. As both a consumer and creator, I rely on these tools. The goal is to reduce distractions and use smartphones intentionally, focusing on essential tasks rather than mindless scrolling. I actually use my iPhone a lot and take advantage of every feature it offers, so using a Nokia wouldn’t make sense for me-I wouldn't be able to do anything with it. I hope this clarifies my point.
