Hi Daisy - well done, it can be overwhelming but getting started is the first and biggest step. When I am struggling to get momentum, and my unfinished to-do lists are getting me down, I have found making a quick 'did-do' list at the end of the day instead is a much kinder option. Ticking off what i actually did do rather than staring at what I didn't do helps change the mindset from negative to positive. keep on keeping on x

This is a really good name for it! I have definitely done this in the past, but maybe I should try and do it more often. I think my main issue is remembering all the strategies in the moments that I need them most 😂 Thank you so much! X

@@MyGreenCow You're totally right - I've been through a tough patch and have learned a lot about ✌` - . - * M I N D F U L N E S S * - . - ' -✌ - do you think I can remember a single bean of it when i'm stressed out?? money well spent 🙄lol I think your vlogs are a great visual "did-do" list for you too. You can look back on a low-production/energy day and think - yeah, I do get stuff done. (especially your watercolour box, I wish I could paint just as an excuse to make one!). Anyway. So glad you managed to get your tax return done before the deadline. I bet those Pokemon cards felt like a really good reward the day after finishing it. I'm never patient enough to open parcels. I want to rip them open as soon as I get them too 😂
