The Reason anything from Spaghetti is so compatible is because these City/Towns Overhauls don't edit any Vanilla Building, but only adds new stuff to those buildings. So as long as the other mods don't add stuff at the exact same position it "just works"

Ah mate, those docks are so pointless other than a couple of fishing boats, a couple to transport goods to and from the island and maybe, MAYBE part way to Ivarstead. Follow that river in game from Riften to the Sea of Ghosts. There's no boat traversing that without clearing all the rocks and building 500 locke gates like stairs up a cliff face. If thet were flat you'd expect the river to be used to access Ivarstead, Windhelm and beyond. Yeah, the docks have always bothered me. That being said, loving the settlement overhaul videos. One of my favourite things about Skyrim modding is fixing these places.

I am not sure if possible to edit smaller parts to have the smaller resolution textures option of mods but it would probably take some work even if I knew how. I only have a 980 ti and an i7 from 7 years ago so I don't even run an enb currently

I'll probably watch more of your videos since you don't have the best pc from what you said. Others have....BEASTS. I wish I could but probably can't install 1,000+ mods 😭. Definitely no enb. I'm going to be using community shaders as I saw it can look pretty good! I'm also ordering some ram since I probably don't have enough...
