Amazing preparation of PORA DOI. Why have you named it PORA DOI ???? You can name it CARAMEL DOI . This name is the best fit for this recipe. Don't you think so ???

I wanted to name it differently because I didn't want people to think I only made yogurt with caramel. I named it "Doi Brulee". Brûlée is a French word meaning "Burnt". So in Bengali is "Pora Doi". Thank you for asking, it feels good to explain my thought behind this unique name 😊
