Nice video but changing of sides for feeding is not recommended every 15 minutes. The child recieves hind milk after 10 to 15 minutes which is rich in fata. This is important for brain growth One breast must be completely emptied by giving milk for 20 minutes minimum from one side.

Just wash mustared seed and let it dry completely and than just make baby size cotton pillow case and fill seed up-to half of the case and then sew it and put a pillow covers..

One MUST EMPTY ONE BREAST COMPLETELY n ONLY THEN SHIFT TO OTHER SIDE. By doing this one will be feeding complete nutrition to the baby. Me being a doctor I would like to let u know that there is something called foremilk n hindmilk.. foremilk (has more of water) comes in first 10 mins which is supposed to quench the thirst..n hindmilk (more fat n protein) comes after that which u s supposed to satisfy the hunger... so please do not advise in ur video to give 15 mins on each breast, by doing that u ll b feeding only water to the child & very little nutrients.. U MUST FEED N EMPTY ONE BREAST COMPLETELY (for about 20-25mins) n only then u shift to OTHER SIDE. Better u make this correction in ur video
