@@True-Kurosaki Sure thing, I reset my stats and put 130-200 points on vitality cause the bankai boss only has 50% of your vitality and triple your strength and i used wind shikai it doesnt really matter as long as its not clone or anything annoying and for the training 13 times you go full 490 strength and fight your inner spirit using combo extenders.

I max my bankai with all in strengh, the wind element, the hability tsuzuri raiden (this hability is optional) and the counter strike (this hability do the fight easy) then when the fight started I started hitting him 4 m1 then the wind tornado and in the air m1 until the second phase was activated, then when I fell from above I waited for the bankai to go down and I killed him 4 m1 then the other wind ability that I don't know what it's called, it blows the wind in front of you and finally it did counter strike when it hit me, apart from hurting it, it left it paralyzed and there it was until it died, then you finished it off and repeated this process 20 more times to max out the bankai.
