@@stevenblitzdrgal6961 i didn't play these kinds of games too much. i was more of a tower defense and escape game player like the afro ninja escape sieres and submachine. my go to sites were ninja kiwi, addicting games, cool math games, and candystand before they got bought out by publishers clearing house and repurposed

Use to play this a lot… fun little thing to note… the blue ion turret you were using can actually fire across the map and hit the opponent’s base, so you can stack 4 and pretty much win that way (the turret doesn’t actually fire on the base, just when a unit dies the shot still persists and travels across the board)

This was an amazing game to play. I remember that I would reach the end only to buy the most expensive turrets and then watch as the enemy could then no longer get to my base.

You d also get the base to bleed points. If you can start killing units close to their base. The canon orbs keep going even if the target is dead.

in some older versions of this game step 1: get the best turret in the game for all turret slots (in the last age) step 2: you win *eventually* because that 100k turret could shoot the enemy base

Not true on the harder levels tho for me to make it a challenge I always play on impossible on age of war it is possible But when I tried insane on age of war 2 I couldn’t figure out how to win

Just noticed they "upgraded" this from the flash version I've played. The original flash you just have one go all the way to the futuristic end. This mobile version seems to make you replay from the beginning after each age. Which I guess is okay, but I'm not sure I'm too happy on that.

Fun fact: getting all the $100,000 turrets allows you to hit the enemy base. The range on them is so long that aftwr killing enemy soldiers, stray shots will destroy the base. Would love to see that in another video

I remember there used to be a glitch where, if you advanced to the next age while the protection blessing thing was active, it would never go away, and you'd have nearly invulnerable soldiers. Fun stuff.

the strongest defensive build is still caveman rock thrower, when enemy is at your door steps. Just control the enemy, such that your unit overlaps at your door steps. that allow you to farm indefinately. throw in some chicken basher that shoot eggs for extra favour.

20 years ago when I played this when it was a flash game on newgrounds I found a cheat where if you only bought the chicken turrets and got 4 of them and just never bothered to upgrade at all until the enemy finally got through the eggs, you had enough money to upgrade to the last level in one go before the computer.
