Although it does contain rolling images, the rapid flashes are not intense enough to cause seizures and there are no color changes significant enough to trigger a seizure either. This video clearly stays in the lines of being safe for people's health. The frequency or speed of flashing light that is most likely to cause seizures varies, but generally, flashing lights most likely to trigger seizures are between the frequency of 10 to 30 flashes per second. I would say this is about 5 per second...which wouldn't be strong enough for anyone.
