As a fan of this game, I have a few things to add. There are a bunch of automation options so you could focus on the combo upgrades, they cost the regular gold coins you get from prestige. Save up before the crunch! There's a cheap-ish option to let your ABLs use the same tool you use. There are so many fun options in the game, hope they keep updating it because it's so fun!!

What you need to understand about idle games is that upgrade prices are exponential. What this means is that while you may want to choose some specific upgrade to focus on, you shouldn't just ignore those you don't focus. Like at 16:05 you have max combo and multiplier maxed, but no points in any of the others - which are almost literally free to upgrade, relative to the price of those you've maxed. Might as well upgrade them a couple times, it's basically free upgrades.
