mate as far as I know the general rule is that VPNs increase latency rather than reduce it. It’s only in rare cases of poor routing or congestion that a VPN might actually improve your connection speed and reduce lag.

Mate you are Severely Wrong, Without Vpn my game won't even log in and even with some miracle if it does login, my pvp is Shit and get like 700ms but with vpn i get like 192ms, pretty good in my opinion.

I think it might be one of those cases where the default routing or congestion in your area is so bad that the VPN is actually helping to stabilize your connection.
