Hey for texture use the paulas choice bha liquid exfoliant. It’s THE BEST Chemical exfoliant out there. I have the worst texture, and had a lot of acne scars, but it is all completely gone now. I’m not a make up people per se (though I literally was trying to put powder over sweat just this morning and it was super upsetting) but that “have to get ready quickly but it is hot and I’m sweating and it won’t stick/etc.” was me getting ready for prom a million years ago when I was in highschool. It is *very hot and humid here in rural IL.. so it made my hair not cooperate either.. and because I am not fancy I didn’t get started early enough. I had a whole meltdown. It was fine, but the panic was real and the pressure was on.

I don't do drag but I have had to wipe off half of my makeup more times then I like to admit.... because I layer to much foundation, concealer and or powder and then my skin looks super dry, cakey and just ugly. That's why I have learned to get ready like 3 hours before the event lol so if I do have to do some damage control then I don't feel rushed. Sometimes after wiping the makeup off my makeup comes out a 💯 times better.😅
