Break dmg doesnt scale on atk, its just firefly converts atk into break effect

Super Break scales off of three things: Break Effect, character level, and the amount of toughness the attack deals to an enemy. This is why Ruan Mei's Res Pen boost is so good for Super Break teams. She's not just there for quicker breaks and delaying. Atk does not affect Super Break dmg, and neither does talent level or Dmg%. Def decreases on enemies do improve Super Break's damage though, which is why Firefly, Ruan Mei, and Lingsha all have Def reducing E1s.
