All the issues that you have mentioned can easily be fixed with software updates. Laggy UI - Can be fixed with software update Poor Camera - Can be fixed with software update Performance - Can be fixed with software update Speed Improvements - Can be fixed with software update So overall I would say it is a good phone. You get a solid hardware. Additionally there are no bloatware and ads which is a huge plus. It would be a perfect phone for a budget buyer, Uncle-Aunties and students.

Carrier Aggregation is the best thing after the update. It enables 4G+... Earlier my friend used to get around 3Mbps speed...but now after the update, he gets around 10 Mbps in the same location..thanks to Carrier Aggregation which came with the update
