No. His vision will be corrupted by the very leadership systems in place. There one becomes part of a system and not a free thinker. Protocols to observe that may cost one their head if they do not yield that protocol. The individuals in the leadership have no power of their own to excecute projects such as this. They are vetted and if they do not as the Romans do, they find themselves on their own. Their hands are tied by the beauracracies that are in place to cause the disorder that haunts the world. Let the man grow the community and empower them thru these actions. Kabisa! Well done young man.

Exactly!! And when the Chinese start selling charcoal we must not purchase it. We must only purchase charcoal from our fellow Africans. Even if their price is lower, we must always support each other - that is the way we advance. Once they realize that we will not buy from them no matter the price they will go home.

@Johan Abdullah Holm well if your being sarcastic you're misguided. Yes there is corruption everywhere, but unfortunately in most 3rd world countries the governments have much more executive power of who does and doesn't operate in their country. That being said it would be cheaper to start a business in Africa hypothetically because the significantly cheaper capital and labor.

Johan Abdullah Holm if you think that in Europe is cheap and fast to start a business like this then you never start a business in Europe. Starting business in Europe is expensive and you need to take a loan from a bank, then you have to fallow a lot of rule and law, really high taxes so many many many many safety and health regulation, a business identical to this in Europe will never start, he should have a lot of more capital talking about 5 milion €

This is a more environmentally friendly optiln of producing charcoal; instead of cutting trees to produce charcoal, this intelligent young man is using byproducts of coconut. The coconut sellers make more money, our environment becomes cleaner, the charcoal producer make money and the creates employment opportunities for other. Well done.

Hello World I fully understand what you mean, but that is the first step in the right direction. Using the waste of coconut stand, cleans up the environment directly (as you maybe saw in the video, the picture of the beach). Of course it is not the perfect way to produce energy to burn charcoal, but this way of producing Charcoal is definitely more eco friendly than the traditional way of killing trees etc. This way is the first step in right direction, with the money generated here, more people are getting a better economic stand. Hopefully Africa is starting earlier to move to more ecofriendly energy than we do.

It's a genocide which stems from the coexistence of both communities . Both communities came together on equal status to form a Country. The English region being the minority over the years have faced immerse marginalization. We called for reforms and a visitation of the terms of Agreement but it resulted to brutality. Today more than 15000 have died with over a million people internally and externally displaced.
