Rappa is very strong, but in return she also has many weaknesses, for example: when there are only a few enemies then it will be difficult for her to use her skills

@@shy375firefly doesnt have as many restrictions. All you have to do with her is technique, skill, ult then you can destroy enemies. Rappa needs more than that to amp her damage

She’s lowkey good in DU/SU since you can abuse the imprisonment/slowing down the enemy mechanic(s). I believe blessings and curios even further these effects. Welt sustain meme team (Welt, Rappa, Ruan Mei, HMC). If CC server gives access to DU, use this team in Protocol 8 for the lolz.

I'm personally not sure when "this character is bad when you use them in situations that are bad for them" became like, a revelation. HSR has always been like that? you bring the elements you need for a fight, that's how the game works everybody spoiled by Acheron lmao

There is a clear difference between "being bad in a situation that is bad" and "being bad if the situation is not favorable". Being good in situations that are not directly favorable is an important point to consider about the characters. It shows consistency and versatility. Obviously, if everything and everyone is against the character's abilities, it's normal that the character won't perform well. Now, if the character depends on everything favoring him to perform well and shows a clear drop in performance when this doesn't happen, this becomes a problem. All the modes are favoring Rappa in every respect, especially the MoC with 5 enemies and Exo-Toughness, it's virtually impossible for Rappa to do badly in it, with or without Ruan Mei (taking into account the context of the video).

Yeah but neither of the previous break DPS' were confined to fire or physical and are the best units in the game. There's being bad in certain content and being bad in most content

Since everyone destined to lose 50 50 to welt it would be a good idea to use him instead of paela for enabler def shred for imaginary break effect , damage deal debuff and Slow the enemies 😂

Huh...I actually already built my Welt as debuffer/pseudo-support for my Acheron team with 160 spd and he even has the OG Break set (Thief) because it had my best SPD sub-stats...hmmm....this is interesting, thank you! I don't have Ruan Mei so I'm looking for the Break DPS who works best without her to finally complete my Break team.

⁠@@raindrop9396well it’s looking like it’s gonna be 2.7 into 3.0 currently and most Leaker think she is in 3.0 so that’s only 2 patches or saving and on top of that it means skipping both Tingyun ( who is Skippable if your not a break main ) but more importantly Sunday who is most likely the main support for the new 3.0 summon Archetype character so ya… RIP the F2P players…

Ya she really wants her S1 + Tingyun is going to be a major buff for she so you’ll need a bit of investment to get her going meanwhile E2 FF is still better and now you can go for E1/S1 Tingyun instead… And if the leaks are true her E1 and E2 are insane.

Silver wolf might have helped that clear instead of Pela on the 2nd side with Weakness Implant. Edit: tbh, I wish her enhanced Basics did more toughness damage if she wasn't gonna Weakness Implant. I also wish her ult did a burst of toughness damage too.

Thank you for the video Mr. Doggos...I don't have a Ruan Mei (and I refuse to pull for her) so I'm trying to figure out which Break DPS works best without her. Kinda trying to decide if I pull for Rappa or wait for a Firefly or Boothill rerun. I do have Lingsha, though, so I was curious if maybe Lingsha healer + Gallagher (E6) ATK/Break build would be a good enough sub-DPS/break enabler for her? (With HMC of course in the last slot). My other option was gonna be Boothill + Bronya with Lingsha & HMC, since it seems like the 4-star Moze LC is an okay alternative for Boothill's signature and I happened to get it at S5 when going for another copy of Topaz LC. Break is the only team type I don't currently have a DPS for, so I'm determining which one I pull based on who performs best without Ruan Mei and it's been a Struggle (every single team rec is Ruan Mei for obvious reasons...I really hope Sunday's kit is just Premium HMC so I can get him instead and never have to think about Ruan Mei again.)
