Thank you! I use powdered rice/rice flour paste as a scrub three times a week. It has worked wonders. I add a drop of baby oil to the rice flour so my face doesn't dry out.

Thanks for the reminder to patch test anytime you try something new. Did you use the third rinse of the water? That’s what is typically suggested. It takes off the dirt/dust and excess starch from the rice is what they say.

I have been doing like this: I cook organic rice in mineral water, then strain to leave the water only. I clean everyday my face with L'Oreal micelar water then while it still wet I use the rice water with a cotton by morning and before sleeping. No washing the rice water. Considerations after 2 weeks doing it: skin is softer and pores are smaller. But it isn't whiter. I'd recommend because skin looks healthier and youthful.

GUYS LISTEN IT REALLY WORKS . I used this just for straight 7 days and noticed my change immediately (then continued it later) but one thing to make sure if you are using this and also sleeping late night using phone. Wash face first with cleanser then rinse. Then use rice water as toner or as final rinse. Don't need to rinse your face with water after but if you wish you could. I tried using it as toner on my eczema and dry sensitive skin I found it very nourishing. It's much better than just piling up cream and oil on face. With rice water before moisturiser makes my skin less dry.
