I noticed in this vid and the last one you're not dodging to collect the dynamax energy boosts. When the icon appears next to you Pokémon, swipe to it to collect it and dynamax you Pokémon much sooner. Also, Charizard with a flying quick move is much more effective against Falinks. Over 3 days, extending the daily incense using ROT to 45 min. each day, I have only seen 2 Galarian birds (1 Articuno, 1 Moltres), neither shiny. Though the Articuno was low level/CP, so I actually caught that one with just Ultra ball + golden razz.

Metagross is a terrible matchup for Falinks, Metagross takes neutral damage from Fighting moves and Megahorn, Charizard is the better matchup, Flying resists Fighting, Charizard double resists Megahorn, and it learns Air Slash as a fast attack which becomes super effective Max Airstream.

Hey @Mystic7 - I hate to tell you how to play buuuuuut.... on 08:57 that little bubble that appears during the Dynamax raid? That's a gift to help you max up. Move your Dynamax Pokemon left to it, then click on it and the max meter goes up a bit. It's better than attacking. So always go for the bubbles! There were a couple in the gameplay vid you shared. Tier 3 Dynamax raid bosses battles is much harder than Tier 3 raid bosses. So, some rework must do on tier 3 dynamax raid need to do for easier players raid tier 3 dynamax raid bosses. For example, max meter must increase faster to full than what is all players were experienced right now.

I’ve solod the falinks with Max Air Charizard and venasaur for energy meter charging it’s doable but it’s a skill issue. Also they were both released shiny for a limited time with a GameStop code. Zamazenta and Zacian where also in pogo before just not shiny

In order to get that extra max energy during the battle, you need to move your pokemon to the side it is on and it will grab it up. Also, when the icon appears over your pokemon, move to the side then to dodge the attack for reduced damage. It's really difficult to do, but I've done so a few times and that seems to be consistent for how it works. Being good at it, however... I'm not.
