This story sounds like a town my dad used to live in when he lived in Missouri, called Greenbrier. All that is left of that town is a sign, and all he has of his childhood home is a chunk of concrete from the foundation.

It's not abandoned, it's unincorporated. This means the population is so small, usually in the triple digits, that they're not an actual city.

Where did this story come from? No really - I haven't been searching for that long, but looking it up, I've been unable to find this particular story aside from it's appearance in this video. As far as a can tell, no where is the original story written by 'Anonymous' linked either - so where did it come from(Assuming that CreepyPastaJr just narrated it rather than wrote it himself and just said it was written by anonymous for the story purposes.) It's kind of fitting for the story for it to be impossible to find, but I do want to find it somehow to see if someone continued it.
