He didn't flash by accident. He tried to be faker and got excited but it didn't work out. That's why he is using sarcasm 1 minute later, to misdirect listeners and make them think something esle than what actually happened. All of this, obviously, as a form of fun joke making the video interesting. It's all on purpose (except the first play using flash). You welcome.

4:16 I had to rewatch that Flash like 3 times to verify that in fact, Zwag "misclicked" his flash. And I think in some cases this might work out for you. As the enemy can say "Ha! This guy wasted his flash. He obviously doesn't know what to play"

That one fight where they focused Zac had me tilted. 2 behind him easier to kill and your teammates there just fighting a tank. Shyv had the only right mindset in that fight at least to clean up.

You forgot a lot o Q resets after E especially early, that s your bread and butter with the champ. Your 2nd E can be placed while stun, it s a way to get a leblanc. You can beat briar in extended fight 1V1 ,with death stance, and anti heal if she got deth stance too. It s true that you feel trapped in all in mode in team fights, actually only the best main one trick of the champ find a way in and out in team fights. Ireliaking of course is the absolute example, there is some video montage of him 3 v 1 against cc champs, but you almost need to play it slow mo to really see how crazy his combos are. E 2 o 3 of them and start dancing beetween them and the cc with the help of the Q reset, goes R to get another round of resets. Very complicated enemy draft.

Irelia suffer the same as Yasuo and Yone just y'know those two are brainrot and braindead respectively while Irelia does require some effort, the thing is as you said it, a lot of bad players get baited into playing them and that's why their winrate sucks, sadly Riot are too dumb to realize and now we will deal with a wave of Yasuo and Yone thanks to the buffs, I absolutely hate playing against Irelia but I do have respect for the ones that beat me in lane (unless I'm playing Yorick, Yorick is a free lane for Irelias with at least half a brain)
