When my mood is low and I'm not feeling actively creative, I'm spending time resting, researching, collecting inspiration, learning about new processes & materials, being contemplative about future pieces, and sometimes watching long form instructional videos. Even the down time is part of the process ❤

So true. Sometimes this works for me and then sometimes I just need to see a doctor or therapist. I like the excitement of trying new things though!

Therapy is ALWAYSSSS a good choice. I love releasing thru art but I definitely like to break it down with my therapist too for sure ❤️

Cyrrently in a really bad art block but i havent been trying to get out of it since im afraid ill lose focus for the last 3 weeks of school. So its actually a good thing right now

Yes!!!! Always keep going. It’s okay to take breaks but I always try and remember why I started
