I had 4 times where i was 1RR away from immortal and proceeded to go on an unexplainable losing streak where everyone is toxic, everyone is throwing, no one has comms, and no one plays the agent they locked. I was so happy and proud of myself the first time I reached Platinum in EP8:Act2, LOL... never taught that I could do it, I started Bronze2 I and reached Platinum in 750hrs+ then I reach D3(my peak) this EP9:Act3 which making me anxious in-game it feels like I'm ranking up too fast and my aim is not consistent, making me think I don't deserve this elo yet xD

Just watch some coaches on youtube, even woohoojin is fine. I started playing in last years late December and now diamond 2. Tbh you only need aim to get out of gold, so good warm up routine will do the trick

I dont know why people getting hard stucked in this game, I first played valorant 1 week after it was released around june 8 2020, and i literally hit immortal rank on august 2020. 2 months of playing the game i hit immortal rank. after hitting immortal i quit the game and moved on.

i got to immortal in 8 months of playing the game. my first ranked act i hit platinum. if you dont know that is considered extremely fast. i got ascendant in the first 2.5 months. i was stuck there for 5.5 months til immo. game is brutal. the only people who are faster at climbing from zero skill background are practically pro worthy people.(people with overt talent). the only way it was possible for me to reach these heights so quick was watching vods of pros to integrate their playbooks and getting coaching. everybody else will take typically 3x as much time as me. the people who never get coaching or dont watch vods will never hit immortal or ascendent without some perculiar rare rare rare rare talent. the reason im saying this is so you dont get disheartened by learning this 6 months down the line. just...aim for gold and if you make it to gold allow yourself to question just how high you can go.
