Einmal habe ich dieses Gericht einmal probiert und dann sehr lange nach einem Rezept gesucht.
Ich hatte einfach keine Ahnung, wie man solchen Blätterteig für Brot macht - alles stellte sich als einfach heraus!
Das ist ein unglaublich leckeres Brotrezept und ganz schnell zubereitet. So bekommt ihr tolle portionierte Brötchen!
In meinem Videorezept habe ich gezeigt, wie man ein solches Blätterteigbrot macht - es wird dir bestimmt schmecken!
Es stellt sich als sehr leckeres und schön portioniertes Brot heraus!
Heute habe ich Brot nach einem neuen und ungewöhnlichen Rezept gebacken.
Brot mit Käse. Dies ist ein sehr interessantes Rezept, das Ihnen bestimmt gefallen wird. Ich rate Ihnen, Brot auf diese Weise zu backen!
Ihre Lieben werden das neue Rezept zu schätzen wissen. Deutsches Rezept. Wie macht man Blätterteigbrot mit Käse? Es ist sehr schnell und einfach.
Neues Brotrezept. Brot backen. Wie man Brot zu Hause kocht?
Hauptsache mit Freude und Liebe kochen!
Zutaten:
25 Gramm frische Hefe.
350 ml warme Milch hinzugeben.
Fügen Sie 2 EL hinzu. l. Mehl.
1 Teelöffel Zucker.
Gut mischen.
Zugedeckt 15-20 Minuten an einen warmen Ort stellen.
Zur Hefemischung geben:
700 g Weizenmehl sieben.
1 Eigelb.
4 Esslöffel ungesüßter Joghurt.
Fügen Sie 50 Gramm Butter hinzu (schmelzen Sie die Butter in der Mikrowelle).
1 Esslöffel Salz hinzufügen.
Gut mischen.
Den Teig in einer Schüssel kneten.
Der Teig soll homogen und elastisch sein.
Den Teig abdecken und 30 Minuten an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.
Der Teig ist gut aufgegangen.
Den Tisch mit Maisstärke bestreuen.
Legen Sie den Teig auf den Tisch.
Den Teig mit einem Nudelholz ausrollen.
Sprich mir nach.
Die Teigoberfläche mit Butter bestreichen.
Sprich mir nach.
Den Teig mit geriebenem Käse bestreuen (ich habe Hartkäse genommen).
Falten Sie den Teig, wie ich zeige.
Den Teig unbedingt mit Maisstärke bestäuben.
Den Teig abdecken und 30 Minuten an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.
Den Teig erneut ausrollen.
Die Teigoberfläche mit Butter bestreichen.
Sprich mir nach.
Den Teig mit geriebenem Käse bestreuen.
Falten Sie den Teig, wie ich zeige.
Den Teig unbedingt mit Maisstärke bestäuben.
Den Teig abdecken und 30 Minuten an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.
Insgesamt habe ich 100 g Butter und 400 g geriebenen Käse gebraucht.
Den Teig ausrollen.
Den Teig mit einem Backring kreisförmig teilen.
Sie können einen Glasbecher verwenden.
Sprich mir nach.
Mischen Sie 1 Eigelb und eine kleine Menge ungesüßten Joghurt.
Den Teig auf ein Backblech mit Pergamentpapier geben.
Teig mit Eimischung bepinseln.
Den Teig mit geriebenem Käse bestreuen.
Sprich mir nach.
20 Minuten bei 190 °C im Ofen backen.
Unser portioniertes Brot ist fertig!
Sehr schön und duftend!
Kühlen Sie das Brot vollständig ab.
Es ist sehr hübsch und lecker - Sie werden es lieben!

At first I thought this was the same recipe I’ve been making since I was a teenager fifty years ago until you added the cheese. I make ours the same way but it has sour cream, orange zest, raisins, cinnamon and sugar layered and I fold it into thirds twice then cut into 1” wide lengths, drug through the cinnamon and sugar and then twisted. Bake at twelve minutes 400 degree oven. I will try your recipe though, looks lovely.

Tip: Instead of spreading butter with a knife, take frozen butter and grate it all over the dough, sprinkle cornstarch, place plastic wrap or parchment over the grated butter then roll it to press the butter into dough, then fold. Just use grated frozen butter.

when making dumplings/noodles cornstarch is used to prevent the dough from sticking to each other. By using cornstarch the moistness and elasticity of the dough are being preserved. Flour makes the dough hard and to much of it will ruin the elasticity.

Rada nad zlato: Namiesto škrobovej múky použiť len hladkú múku na podsypávanie, pretože tieto koláče sú tuhé a ťažké na žalúdok a hladkou múkou sú.mäkké a jemne lístkové. Mám to odskúšané ĺuďmi, ktorý to tiež piekli.

Oh my goodness!!!! It all looks SOOO 😋🤤. I was wondering if the yeast you use is the same yeast as I get from the store in small pkgs. Fleischman's rapid rise instant yeast? I've never baked bread before but watching you makes me want to dive in head first to try!!!!! You're AWESOME!!!!! 👍🤩😍❤️💖😋

So she used fresh yeast but u can use the instant yeast.. the trick to great bread is buy good flour bread flour or all purpose king Arthur.. make sure you make milk warm not hot. You don't want to kill the yeast.. add ur instant yeast to the warm milk. Remember warm not hot not cold.. warm like baby bath water. Dump yeast into milk and let it sit for a few minutes when it starts looking bubbly that means it's good yeast and then mix just like she or he showed in this video.. the trick with bread is a nove warm house for it to rise and really let it rise in between the steps just like they did... and don't be afraid it will turn out great...warm milk let rise a few times like in video and the sugar feeds the yeast so don't forget the tablespoon of sugar. Na Slovensku takto robíme škvarkové pagáčiky, miesto masla sa na cesto pri prvom rozvaľkaní natierajú pomleté škvarky :-) To je dobrota - vyskúšajte! In Slovakia, this is how we make greaves, instead of butter, ground greaves are painted on the dough during the first rolling :-) That's good - try it

I notice you use fresh yeast often. I'm in the USA, & when I found it online, it is dreadfully expensive! Where do you find it, please?

Bei uns in Ungarn heißt es "pogàcsa" (ausgesprochen: pogatscha). Sehr beliebt und es gibt verschiedene Gebäck mit Saure-Sahne, Kartoffeln, Griebe usw. Aber ich werde nach deinem Recept ausprobieren, bestimmt schmeckt auch gut. Schöne Grüße aus Ungarn!❤️

I used to make biscuits for a fast food company. I noticed that when cutting the dough with a Biscuit cutter the person twisted the ring. I was taught that doing so will cause the dough to raise unevenly. Don't twist your cutting tool.

I was taught to not twist as it “sealed” the edges. That prevented an accurate rise.
