I make steamed cauliflower, cover it with cheese sauce and grated cheese on top; bake in oven. Voila! Don’t need leeks, garlic, or tomatoes. And it’s yummy! I’m an Aussie

Your comment was needless, and rather ungracious to say the least. I'm sure the recipe given in this video far surpasses mama and granny's easy way out. I like to watch accomplished cooks, don't you? This looks delicious, the mayonnaise in the grated cheese, gave me a surprise, but I'll bet it enhances the cheese flavor., and browns beautifully. I recently learned that mayonnaise make a better grilled cheese sandwich than butter. I think I might add an egg yolk or two to the bechamel. The baking dish you used is simple and beautiful,, would you tell me who makes it?

Hello I am from South Africa. I use a quarter cup of water to steam cauliflower so as NOT to cook away the nutrients. Works well. My theory...with all that water it's like drink the water and ditch the veg

I'm an Aussie too, and yes, we make cauliflower just by either boiling it or shoving it in the oven with a cheese sauce on top and its nice. However, one of your commentators here is extremely rude, because your recipe looks far superior than the lazy man's version which is what most people use. Your way looks absolutely delicious, and I can't wait to try it. Thank you so much for this video, it was appreciated, and I have just subscribed.
