since a lot of ppl are asking, the reason for speed 3 is bc the enemy stun immunity is 0.82 seconds long. so you want to get as close to that without going under. at speed 3 moon cd is 0.843, and after testing was the most effective enchant for it when paired with shiny eclipse or shiny dj. for shiny mm or shiny fb youd want to use withered instead
